Understanding. Support. A Path Forward.

At Eugenia Behavioral Health Center, we provide compassionate, person-centered mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. We understand that everyone experiences challenges differently, and reaching out for support can be an important first step toward feeling better and moving forward.

Our mental health services are designed to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, mood concerns, relationship and family challenges, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Services may be available in person or through telehealth, providing flexible options for individuals who may find virtual care more convenient or accessible.

Whether you are looking for support for yourself, your child, or your family, our team is here to listen, provide guidance, and help you build the skills and support needed to improve your overall well-being.

Our Mental Health Services

Individual Counseling

One-on-one counseling provides a private, supportive space to talk through personal challenges, emotions, and concerns. Clients can work with a qualified counselor to develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and work toward their individual goals.

Family Counseling

Family counseling helps family members better understand one another, improve communication, and work through challenges together. It can provide support with family relationships, parent-child concerns, conflict, and other situations that may affect the well-being of the family.

Group Counseling & Education

Group counseling provides a supportive environment where individuals can learn practical skills, share experiences, and connect with others who may be facing similar challenges. Educational groups can focus on topics that promote emotional wellness, coping skills, communication, and personal growth.

Case Management

Case management helps clients navigate services and connect with resources that support their mental health and overall well-being. Our team can assist with identifying needs, coordinating services, and connecting individuals with appropriate community resources.

Community Support

Community support helps individuals build skills and connections that can promote greater independence and stability. Support may focus on daily functioning, accessing resources, strengthening community connections, and working toward personal goals.

Peer & Family Support

Support from peers and family can play an important role in the recovery process. These services provide encouragement, education, and resources that can help individuals and their loved ones better understand mental health concerns and feel more supported throughout their journey.

Medication Management

Medication management provides ongoing support for individuals who may benefit from psychiatric medication as part of their mental health care. Services may include reviewing medications, monitoring progress, discussing concerns or side effects, and making treatment adjustments when appropriate.

Support for Co-Occurring Concerns

Some individuals experience both mental health and substance use concerns. Our services can provide support for addressing these concerns together, helping individuals understand how they may affect one another and work toward improved overall well-being. Eugenia specifically lists co-occurring disorders among the concerns addressed through its Mental Health services.

Telehealth Services

Access mental health support from the comfort of your own space through convenient virtual appointments.

Care That Meets You Where You Are

We believe mental health care should be centered around the individual. Our team takes the time to understand your experiences, listen to your concerns, and work with you to identify goals that are meaningful to you. Depending on your needs, your care may include counseling, group support, case management, medication management, community resources, or telehealth services.
